What is Synchicity?

(multimedia) specialist qualitative term in multimedia to denote the degree of synchronization between media elements, e.g. audio and video, audio and subtitles, etc.

The word had a Norman-French origin and was applied to musical forms with complex harmonics as early as the 14th century.
