Make a (guitar) tablature for a song. Loads of tablatures are found on the internet because they can be made with ASCII characters.

"Tab Out" is a term commonly used in nightclubs and bars that a patron and/or server uses to indicate that it's time to pay the tab (the bill).
This is not to be confused with the term
