What is Tabalun?

A scoundrel; commonly found in the shadows of a clannish community, Such as Serbs or Albanians. Places people (both friend and foe) in precarious situations for selfish gain. Enjoys extravagant antics and fighting dirty. Tabalun operate in packs, and are often the sons of thieves. Finds pleasure in taking from the weak and maimed.
He was warned not to socialize with Tabaluns, but he did not listen...resulting in chaos for everyone.
