What is Taceo?

Taceo is the legendary Star Wars Jedi, he was never featured in any of the Star Wars movies, because George Lucas wanted to keep this "Taceo" as a myth.
He have been in several unknown cult-like organisations like Nomidy Jedi Order, and Defensive Force (as far as I remember), and some people say, that they've met this master Jedi in a game called Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy, but this might just be rumors. Today, in our current age, most people (Star Wars freaks) use the word "Taceo" as a synonym to other words, like in the following sentences:
I'm just a young Padawan, teach me Taceo!
May the Taceo be with you!
Omagaah, how am I supposed to win over such a Taceo?
