What is Tah Lord?

Tah Lord is a Halo 2 XBOX live legend who uses a special hack/mod so nobody can see his profile, track him down. The only way to see him is by playing against him but he only plays slayer and 1 on 1. There is a Tah Lord in Halo 3 but he is just an impersonator of the real Tah Lord. It is rumored that he pays double for the XBOX live subscription so Bungie won't mention him.
There is nothing else about Tah Lord so there is no example.
