What is Taljanove Gate?

A room- or flatmate's underwear and socks, lying in the middle of the bathroom after the said room- or flatmate took a shower. They usually stay there for a couple of days, or until someone else kicks them into a corner.
As always, my roommate's Taljanove Gate lay on the floor.
