smaller tampon for the younger generation of females who, like those that choose to wear bra's as if to cover up and pretend that they are going through puberty-which makes them a big girl, decide that they want to live like a real woman and therefore choose to use tamponette's.
jonny ate what he thought was a wrapped up "small-size" twix. However he soon had to ask and find out that this was just a girl from his nurserys tamponette.
