What is Tancracy?

A particular form of “Beach Government” in which the most tanned people are in control. The establishment of each beach usually comes out of a tan-contest held during summer. Tanning beds are strictly prohibited.

A: Hi Paul, wanna hear the latest news about tancracy? This year's tan-contest has been won by Andrew!
