What is Tarbell?

Tarbells are usually spanish teachers who are about 3 1/2 feet tall and usually wear six inch high heels to make up for their vertical challenges. They usually wear large hip belts and fashionable glasses. When provoked they often yell in spanish at very rapid speeds. They are also amazed at the internet.
