What is Tardapult?

A Tardapult is a device used to hurl retards over varying distances by employing miscellaneous spring-like materials such as bungee cords, small trees, etc...
During the intermission at the hockey game they played "Tard Bowling" by loading the Tardapult (a giant bungee cord) and slid a retard on a crazy carpet toward center ice to knock over some oversized bowling pins. This could also have been done by shooting 2 retards from either end of the rink towards center ice but this game would be called "Smash Up Tards"
