A married retarded couple who are small in size (not midgets, but freakishly small arms and legs, big heads) but are both mentally retarded. Tardbears eat garbage and are sometimes homeless, usually they will wear christmas sweaters tucked into their slacks. Note: This is NOT a retarded bear.
