What is Tashipenezzer?

A slang term that is normally shortened to "tash". It has become popular in the urban Toronto area do to the fact that it stands out. The word is most commenly used to describe something that is wanted but unachievable or hard to get. Not generally used in anger but used more in "happy frustration".
"your tashipenezzer, I'm going to hit you with this piece of chalk unless you tell me."
