To tassel - the act of "dropping a bomb" in a men's room with total disregard to the unfortunate souls who enter the gaseous environment created in the enclosed space.

This is typically done by older gentleman who wears dress shoes with large dangling tassels on them. The victim of the tasseling is only a witness to these dangling shoes under the wall of the restroom stall, unknowing of the foul individual creating the odor.

Today when using the men's room I was "tasseled".

Can also be used as a synonym for a massive screw up or oversight.

"Hey Chuck you really tasseled that report"
