The act of hotlinking a video of Tay Zonday singing Rick Astley's hit song, "Never Gonna Give you up" while trying to disguise it as another link within an internet forum.
"Doods check out this picture of Sarah Palin, you can totally see her nipple!" (note: the link will usually take you to a youtube video of the Tayroll instead of said nipple picture, causing the person who clicks the link to be tayroll'd)
