In FPS, but usually RTS:
Someone who puts all of the better players on his team, instead of distrubuiting them around evenly. This causes the entire game to be one sided, and generally unfun, even for the winning team, because there's really no challenge. Usually seen on Starcraft from total idiot n00bs who get the better players to defend them while they mass carriers. Because we all know, carriers = instant win (not)
