To be fully dressed in clothing that is from Virginia Tech (Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University)or VT colors. (Maroon and Orange)

It is often worn in rememberance of the tradgedy on April 16, 2007, when a guy went on a shooting spree killing 33, including himself. Which made it the largest columbineever in a school.

Sara: Yo, did you see Brenden?

Mike: He was SO Teched out today!
