What is Technogadgetry?

electronic device of the latest technology that enhances ones lifestyle in any capacity;
Such technogadgetry as Cell phones, mp3 players, palm pilots, laptop computers, self cleaning electric razors, etc. have become a part of everyday life
2.
any electronic device that has buttons, lights, and/or makes noises.
Between the iPod, laptop, cell phone and palm pilot, I have more technogadgetry than i can carry.
