What is Technograb?

An unwanted attempted or successful manual acquisition of any item of advanced technology (i.e., remote control, DVD player, Playstation III, etc.)--usually made by an infant, toddler, or member of the opposite sex.

The baby was eyeballing the remote, but her daddy successfully blocked her technograb.

My wife didn't want to watch football, but I was successful in preventing her technograb.
