What is Teddy Dead?

When someone does something right before you are about to do it. Preferably a cibling or friend. It is one of the most annoying things ever.
I turned on the water to the shower and went to get a towel from my room. I came back and heard my brother singing along to the radio while showering. I hate when he is teddy dead.
