This means someone (most likely a teenager) who is very attached to their sadness, and think they are the only person out there who has it bad. They tend to complian and bitch about things they could fix or just get over easier but they are to absorbed in themselves.
Jenny won't come out and play because she is sitting in her basement slitting her wrists and listening to emo music.

Everyone knows a teenage anst whore. Long hair, constantly complaining,often named Ryan.
