The action, mainly adressed by horny teenagers or poorly evolved creatures, of someone getting close enough to the tv or computer screen which, by the time, is showing a picture of a hot male/female, with the pathetic intent of simulating to grab that person's hot body parts, like boobs in females or packages on dudes.
