What is Telenapping?

(n.) a plum worklife negotiating outcome whereby middle managers are permitted and equipped to sleep away the vast majority of core 8 a.m.-6 p.m. work hours in the U.S. in the luxury of their own beds. As defined, the practice originated in Northern New Jersey in the mid-to-late-'90s among down-sized former telecommunications industry executives who landed on their feet in the employ of Asian telecom outfits.
