The act of engaging in 69 while drunk, with a partner one has just met; this often takes place in a frat house in the presidents bed. Also used as a noun, as a unit of measure equaling 69.
Etymology: The word derives from the Britain, from the root word "Tennyson" the last name of the first tennypumper. One drunk night, Jordon Tennyson got drunk at a fraternity party, Sigma Chi, and... a few hours later he was being chased out of the house by the president's girlfriend.
