This word has no meaning. It was created by someone on a site I frequent as a means to test people's intelegence. It is used in every day sentences to see if someone realizes that it isn't a word, or if they are just nodding their head and agreeing with you.
"I disagree with Heper's assumption that there's a tenquarial contract between society and its members. It is absurd to postulate that the existence of something to established depends on anything so tenquarially unstable."
