When people have some kind of gathering like for sports or a concert which features a lot of tents and merriment. It comes from Tents And Shit but Tentenships is obviously more fun to say.
"Why all the tentenships outside the middle school?"
"I think there's a soccer game"
"Damn no one made tentenships like that for us back in the day"
