some sort of hunchbacked creature with rat tails as hair, constantly wears alot of dark clothes, probably so he can hid his hideous looks in the dark streets of workington to save himself from the chave which roam the streets at night. he might often wear the same clothes for weeks on end without a wash or a change of atire
