Tessie can mean anything you want it to be but it can not under any circumstance be plural. It is also best used with a British accent.
"Pardon me sir but I do believe you are standing on my tessie"
"I was walking across the street and tripped on the curb and landed right on my tessie. I hope it doesn't leave a mark."
