When a male says something around women that is only appropriate for him to say around other men.
True testosticide will usually result in the surrounding women presenting cold shoulders, giving verbal abuse, or giving physical abuse.
Sam committed testosticide by accidentally blurting out "wow, look at that rack!" while standing with a large group of reserved women and feminists.
