What is Text Twin?

1. An SMS phenomenon whereby the same numeric sequence produces a word other than the one intended that nevertheless bears some direct relation to the intended word.
2. There is another class where the relationship is less direct yet one is left with the feeling that the text twin provides some wry comment on the intended word.
3. Where the same numeric sequence produces more than two somehow-related words, we enter the territory of "text-tuplets"
