*Someone who claims knowledge in combat operations and/or combat tactics but has never been in a combat situation.
*Someone who only gets their tactical knowledge from a reference and not from actual experience.
*Also known as a REMF or POG
That guy teaching weapons qual is a real Textbook Warrior, he's never even been in the Military!
