What is Thalo?

A complete and total asshole who is beyond the realm of bastard or shithead; a Thalo is a title given to those not only showing exceptional skill in being a total prick, but taking above average enjoyment in their dirty deed.
An insult most often directed toward eccentric and uninhibited individuals whose inconsiderate actions frequently hinder their ability to socialize and develop relationships with others.
Word used to describe a person who makes people think of an object used for vaginal hygiene; aka . . . fucking douchebag.
A Thalo will notice one of the hot chicks he has been fucking for several months approaching a bar he is in and he will hide from said girl until she leaves the bar, but then the next time he talks with her he takes pride in telling her he saw her at said bar and he hid from her.
