What is That's Just Her Face?

When someone looks perpetually angry or bitchy or insert other negative adjective here, but it's really just their face. When you meet them later, you realize they are a nice person, but the first impression is that they've got a stick up their ass.
Person 1: Have you seen
Josie today? She was mugging me in the hallway.
Person 2: Aw, no, don't take it personally. That's just her face.
James: Did you see Henry today? He looks so stoned.
Timothy: Oh, no that's just his face.
Jim: Do you know who
Jenny is?
Bob: Yeah, she seems like such a
bitch .
Jim: Oh, well I talked to her today and she actually is really nice. That's just her face.
