What is Thayerize?

To publicly accuse or suggest that someone is 1) being lazy or 2) not doing their job properly or 3) not properly coordinating or 4) not properly managing while following up with a polite/agreeing message directed only at the person.
person a to all: person b is a lazy asshole.
person b to person a and all: no i'm not. I really did do the right thing.
person a to person b only: oh, you are right. I agree completely. good work.
person b: damn, i've been thayerized.
