What is The Beats?

Refers to painful blows, usually around the head or arms.
More than often, the beats are given at three in the morning by somebody who cannot sleep due to the amount of noise being made in the room next door.
Larz and Ash were yelling cunt loudly, so Helen came in and gave them 'The Beats.'
