What is The Billick?

The Billick is used to describe somebody who when he meets a woman he goes for the value meal, kids are a plus. He then puts in really long hours at work to avoid them because he hates his life. While at work he is so tired he often sits around and does as much as a trained monkey would do without the training. He also on occasion wears womens clothing. Also in any picture The Billick will show up blurry and with middle fingers up.
