Although the residence is still predominantly white in appearance due to time constraints, much like the United States itself, the current Commander in Chief recently quoted Sir Michael Jagger in his Inauguration Speech when he made it clear that his main agenda for the U.S in 2009 was that he ‘Wanna see it painted black, Painted black, Black as night, Black as coal.’
