What is The Boro?

A nickname for Roxborough, a neighborhood in Northwestern Philadelphia, a/k/a Illadelph. It is surrounded by the neighborhoods of Manayunk, East Falls, Germantown, West Mount Airy, and Chestnut Hill.

My boys and I were hanging out in Manayunk. Then, we decided to shoot up to some chick's place in The Boro.
