When you are banging a chick doggystyle and in the process you reach to the side or under your bed and pull out an object (club, bat etc...)and club her in the back of the head (after you knock her out) you have to hold her by her hair so that you can finish.
I cavemaned my girl and I ended up pulling a chunk of her hair out.
