The next step is crucial. pour concoction into a super soaker 5000 LX. roam your local neighborhood, until you come across a midget, then you must spray him in the eyes repetitivly. let contents dry, until a crust forms. then you tie him to a tree and leave him to the animals.
i had trouble fining the midget, but once he was located he recieved a dotted snapple snack that he wont be forgeting anytime soon.
