The act of raising one's eyebrows in surprise to acknowledge a girl he used to sleep with but no longer speaks to. Considered less rude than ignoring altogether and less awkward than engaging in conversation.
"Did you run into Natasha today?"
"Oh yeah man, I just gave her the eyebrows and went on my way. That bitch is crazy!"
