What is The Fancy Albert?

A small plate with doilie is placed upon the lady's chest. She is wearing a pearl necklace and he a tux jacket w/ tails (crucial). The man then gently squeezes out a chocolate hotdog onto the doilied plate.
It's our anniversary and you know what that means... Albert is coming to town and he's a feelin' fancy, babe. Break out tha tails and everything else.
