What is The Frizzly?

people who have ridiculously frizzy hair. So frizzy, that, it can be simarily compared to a grizzly bear. These people can make others hurl if under attack by their unconditioned hair. Afros are exempt from being called "The Frizzly" becaure afros are cool. however, there IS a silver lining between having a 'fro and being a frizzly.
Those of you who may considered as "The Frizzly", I suggest you get a straightner.
