Is a place where the outcasts and rather interesting virgins sit in Elgin Community College. If you're not a virgin and you sit here you must be the rare commodity known as "A Jaster" or "A Bella". According to Hail, they are known as "Top Tier". It is also the home of Wilson Poose, and many other characters you would come to know and love.
