What is The Jeptha?

A beast who traditionally stalks prey in dark, dingy garages. Predominantly stalks males. It's recommended that you don't sleep in open areas such as in the middle of a living room while the jeptha is present. He is able to sneakily molest to you as you sleep without having you wake up. when he catches his prey, he usually rapes them up the ass or sometimes just gropes them in an inapproprate fashion.
"Hey watch out when you go to sleep tonight. I heard the jeptha is around"
"Oh shit. Im going to have to sleep with a belt on"
