A derogatory term for a person who thinks they're "all that and a bag of chips." This person usually talks in the third person, because they like saying their own name.
From the Seinfeld episode of the same name, Jimmy was an egotistical character who played basketball with Kramer, George, and Jerry. He refered to himself as "Jimmy," as in "Well, Jimmy's gotta hit the showers."
Jon: "Well, Jon's gonna go get some chips. Can Jon bring you some?"
Sam: "You asshole, what are you trying to be, The Jimmy?"
