What is The Moff?

A childish "man" who snares young girls with promises of fruit flavored liquor. While The Moff undoubtedly uses this tactic for sexual gratification, he almost always fails in his delivery and the trollop becomes way too drunk. All but the lowliest sluts are horrified by The Moff, and the ones who do fall usually end up puking in a public venue.
"The Moff brought this troglodyte from Thurston over to the house, fed her watermelon vodka shots .... she puked on him and herself and even managed to get a few bystanders. Long live The Moff!"
