A hood in da Nati where the gangstas and dealers rule and all the police got shot or joined gangs. People often use the phrases "worse than Hell", and "Birthplace of evil" in describing it. To this date, the only area reportedly worse than this place of death is Kentucky, home of mullets and banjos.
No one visits the mount and lives to tell about it.
