What is The Ohumsorry Tango?

When two people are walking down a hallway or a crowded area and both go the same way when trying to get passed each other. They go back and forth a couple times until one smartens up and just stays while the other one goes past. All the while mumbling "Oh Um Sorry". Gives the illusion of tangoing.
Teacher: "Why were you late to class again!"
Me: "Sorry I was doing the OhUmSorry Tango with someone"
Teacher: "You're excused, now take your seat."
