What is The Planned Parenthood?

It's when you have sex with a girl by a set of stairs, and right after you come inside of her, you pull out and push her down the stairs to mitigate the risk of unwanted pregnancy.
I hate using a condom but don't want babies yet, so when I have sex with my girlfriend, we use "The Planned Parenthood" position to prevent unwanted pregnancy.
