What is The Rookie?

The title given to someone that portrays himself as an insecure and often times confused individual. The only way he can raise from the rank of rookie is to prove him self successfull to his superiors (HLSCC NIGGAZ)until then he'll always be addressed as "ROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOKIE" whenever greeted
Guy1:"Yo Rookie tha girl looking at you HARD"
Rookie:"Nah man she looking at something else"
Guy3:"She checking you out man wave, WAVE!!"
Rookie:*Girly like*"Stop playiiiiing"
*Girl passes, watches him hard and continues*
Guy1:" MAN THA IS A ROOKIE MOVE MAN!!!"
